The Northern New England Chapter of the American College of Cardiology is a not-for-profit corporation consisting of approximately 600 cardiologists, fellows-in-training, and cardiac care associates who live and practice in the states of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.

The Northern New England Chapter works in partnership with the American College of Cardiology (ACC) in Bethesda, MD.

The Northern New England Chapter was developed in 1991 when the ACC recognized the need for more local representation to state government, Medicare carriers, third party payers and the private sector. The Chapter strives to ensure a high level of professional visibility.
